These Rules, made under the Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Act, provide with respect to management and protection of Crown lands, and in particular of forest resources on such land.
This Order requires a census to be carried out in 2012. The information required for the Agricultural Census and the particulars to be stated in the Census forms shall be those set out in Schedule I of this Order and the forms set out in Schedule II to this Order shall be used for the collection of statistics for the purposes of the Agricultural Census.

This Act provides rules relative to the physical development of public and private land in Grenada so as to, among other things: ensure sustainable land use; maintain and improve the quality of the physical environment; provide for the orderly subdivision of land; and protect and conserve the natural and cultural heritage of Grenada.As for the administration of this Act, the Development Control
The Land and Marine Management Strategy for Grenada is a national strategy adopted by the Government of Grenada in 2011 to guide the management of the land and marine sector. The overall goal of the Strategy is to achieve integrated national development that is environmentally sustainable.
The Act provides with respect to the granting of loans for the cultivation and management of land. No person who is owner of lands of a gross agricultural value exceeding two thousand five hundred dollars shall be eligible for a loan by the Government under this Act, provided that the Minister may from time to time increase the limit to any amount not exceeding five thousand dollars.
The Governor shall appoint a Chief Forest Officer (sect. 3). The Governor may appoint forest officers (sec.4). The Act provides with respect to the amount of compensation payable for damage to agricultural crops and fruit trees. Where the damage amounts to total destruction, the compensation shall be calculated at the rates set out in the Schedule.
