This Act makes provision for the payment of compensation for withholding of property by persons acting in collusion with tenants and for the recovery of non-paid rent. The Act also makes provision for the renewal of leases without the surrender of land.

The main objective of the present Forest Policy is enhancing the contribution of the forests to the national economy and the welfare of the current and future generations, taking into account the preservation of the biodiversity.

Section 11 forms part of first paragraph (entitled “Hereditary lease”) which forms part of the third Chapter entitled “Granting of rights in respect of lands of the domain”. Section 11 regulates the use of plants and trees present on the public lands tenured in long-term lease.

The situation of internally displaced persons (hereinafter IDPs) around the glob is getting worse by the minute. The international community has responded by creating norms that ban the actions of belligerents (during armed conflicts) and States (in times of peace) which produce the unlawful displacement of people.
