The purpose of these Rules is to establish a relocation policy for tenants displaced from their leasehold as a result of redevelopment projects.The following objectives shall be pursued the Redevelopment Committee: (a) to ensure that displaced tenants with leasehold interests in real property being reclaimed for redevelopment are treated fairly and consistently, to encourage and expedite acquisition by agreements with such displaced tenants and to promote public confidence in redevelopment projects conducted the government; (c) to ensure that displaced tenants of the government property are treated fairly, consistently, and equitably; and (c) to ensure against disproportionate injuries as a result of government projects designed the benefit of the community.
