Measures for the Archive Administration on the Confirmation, Registration and Issuing the Certificates of the Right to the Contracted Management of Rural Land.

These Measures are developed in order to standardize the confirmation, registration and issuing the certificates of the right to the contracted management of rural land and strengthen the management and effective use of the relevant archives. The Measures consist of 22 Articles.The competent rural land contracting administration authorities and the competent archives administration authorities at the county level and above shall establish and improve the system of collecting, sorting, filing, keeping and utilizing the documents of the confirmation, registration and issuing the certificates of the right to the contracted management of rural land, so as to ensure the information is complete, true and effective.
