These Regulations regulate the lease of crown lands to residents. Applications for renting crown lands shall be made to the Chief Surveyor and shall be forwarded to the Minister. Control shall be carried out that no proposed area shall be part of a forest reserve.

These Regulations amend the Crown Lands (Sale) Regulations in regulation 6 (Agreement to Purchase Crown Grant) in relation with the payment of intetest by licensees and by replacing Schedule 2 (Memorandum of Agreement to Purchase Crown Land).
