The Act is completed by 6 Schedules: Constitution and procedure of State Council and boards (1); Election or appointment of directors (2); Administrators (3); Charges on land for unpaid amounts (4) Sale of land for unpaid money owing to board (5); and Savings and transitional provisions (6).
