The present Regulation enacts section 385 of the Land Title Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the registration of land titles and the payment of fees thereof. The text consists of 33 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Fees (1); General Regulations (2); Forms and boundaries (3). Three Schedules are enclosed.
