This Resolution, consisting of 82 articles divided into seven Chapters and 16 Annexes, ratifies the Tourist Planning Plan (POT) of the Tourist Zone of Salamansa (ZTS), within the island of São Vicente. It includes reports of the Plan for urban areas, as well as environmental and landscape domain, the Plan Regulation and drawings, which constitute the framework and the charters.
This Decree, consisting of 5 Chapters, approves the Regulation of the Legal Regime of Land Registry (RRJCP), established by Decree-Law No. 29/2009. It aims at the fulfilling the objectives related to the univocal identification of buildings, by assigning a unique identification number of common use by the whole Public Administration, enabling the creation of single property information, unifying, in a single information system, the existing registration information, allowing the digital management of the registration.

This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes the permanent and free land concession to farmers and stockbreeders of 11 land plots in Ribeira de Vinha within the island of São Vicente. It establishes the right of ownership for land exploitation to specific farmers and stockbreeders, in order to maintain and rehabilitate the agricultural lands, increase and diversify cultivations and forage production, stimulate the improvement of agricultural and livestock production, fight the poverty, creating income generating activities and improving the local food security.
