   قدم هذا التقرير مراجعة قانونية " لمشروع القانون والذى يقوم باقتراح بعض الأحكام بشأن الممتلكات المنقولة للدولة، وذلك بموجب القانون رقم 4 لسنة 7911 (مشروع القانون)"، الذي نشرته وزارة العدل بالحكومة الليبية في مارس 2013م . ولا يعد هذا التقرير مقتصراً على مناقشة مشروع القانون المعنىّ، إذ يسلّط الضوء على القضايا الرئيسة المختصة بأي استرجاع، والذى من شأن القانون أن يعالجه. ويعتمد مشروع القانون في معالجته على أسس العدالة الاجتماعية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية المتعلقة  باسترجاع  الممتلكات، بما في ذلك التعويض.

   The people of the Sahel — that huge region stretching along the southern edge of the Sahara Desert — are still striving to recover from the fallout of the terrible droughts that have afflicted the area since 1973. Drought has shattered the momentum of socioeconomic development in Burkina Faso, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, and Senegal. According to researchers with Burkino Faso’s Institut de l’environnement et de recherches agricoles, “Rural men and women are now struggling to survive in a land that is exhausted, denuded, desiccated, and swept away by the wind and water.”

The purpose of this study is to explore gender roles, relations, constraints and opportunities in livestock production in interdependent agricultural systems of Tunisia, constituting of forest, rangelands and/or agriculture. Overall, there is very little research conducted on gender issues (such as roles, relations, and responsibilities) in agriculture in Tunisia, even less so in rangelands.

   يلخص هذا التقرير النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في موسم 1998 /1999 و المتعلقة بدراسة الجانب الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي من مشروع التنمية المتكاملة للمساقط المائية في محسة. و يهدف المشروع المذكور إلى تطوير الأعمال الدائمة لحصاد و نشر المياه في الظروف القاحلة ليستفاد منها في زيادة كمية الأعلاف و تحسين المناطق الرعوية المتاحة للمواشي و خاصة الأغنام. و قد أنشأت الحكومة السورية في عام 1989، و كجزء من هذا المشروع، مركز بحوث محسة الذي يبعد حوالي 130 كم شمال شرق مدينة دمشق. و يتبع هذا المشروع إلى مديرية الري و استعمالات المياه التابعة لوزارة الزراعة و الاصلاح الزراعي.

    It is no doubt that water resource is considered as main determining factor for agriculture and the adoption of modern irrigation technique would preserve this important resource. The shortage of rain in middle and southern Iraq pushes farmers to depend on irrigated agriculture especially from its main resource Euphrates and Tigris and their tributaries.
