    The Annual Country Reviews reflect upon current land relations in the Mekong Region, and has been
    produced for researchers, practitioners and policy advocates operating in the field. Specialists have been
    selected from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam to briefly answer the following two
    questions:
    1. What are the most pressing developments involving land governance in your country?
    2. What are the most important issues for the researcher on land?

    The study provides a framework to estimate the health risk of farmers using wastewater in agriculture.
    The study addresses the SDG 6.3: to contribute to inform water recycling and reuse.
    Exposure to wastewater via contact with Nhue River water, pond water and composted excreta represents an important health risk.
    Study results are useful in developing an integrated strategy for risk management in the agricultural settings.

    Traffic congestion has been a major problem in many cities in Indonesia, thus requiring abetter transport policy. Many developed countries, including the United Kingdom, has beenimplementing the integrated transport policy to replace traditional transport policy that focuson only building roads to anticipate traffic demand. This paper provides a highlight on theimplementation of integrated transport policy in the United Kingdom. Some key issues thatcan be learnt by the Indonesian government from their experience are discussed.

    Indonesia rich the natural resources, such the coal mineral deposits. But in the fact state control of the coal mine is more substance for investment purposes. The economic rights of the people have not been accommodated. There is still often conflicting relating to land by the public. From the historical arrangements control of natural resources since the Dutch era was indeed the economic factor of investment into primary interest and not for the people prosperity that result in people's economic rights unprotected.

    The Royal Government of Cambodia signed a notification No 05 on Grant of economic land concession for investment project under implement framework of directive 02 on strengthening state property management on 13 June 2005. This notification consists of 2 main articles:
    Article 1: to implement the directive 02 to grand the economic land concession less than 10, 000 hectares in accordance to Land Law and,
    Article 2: to frame the criteria for the competent institution to grant the economic land concession.

    Land area of 846.8997 hectare in Ou Chum district, Ratanakiri province has downsized from Forest Cover 2002 and reclassified as "State Private Land" for granting purpose as communal ownership to 165 families of Kreung indigenous community on 20 land parcels including 10 parcels for residential, 10 parcels for traditional agriculture in L'ak commune, Ou Chum district, Ratanakiri province.

    This Sub-decree is about the downsized land in total of 3393 hectares, including (1) 3310.17 hectares from land concession of TPP Company and (2) 82.83 hectares from economic land concession of Sophorn Theary Peanich Co. Ltd, and the reclassification of the 2756.89 hectares of state public land as state private land for the granting of ownership to the people who have been occupied and the 636.11 hectares of land shall be kept for public benefits and physical infrastructure in Chong Spean village, Khvav commune, Chi Kreng district, Siem Reap province.
