    The present Ordinance provides for the enforcement of article 6 of the Land Use Planning Act of 19 July 1989 (BGBl. I p. 1461). Article 2 establishes that for the the planning and measures listed in this article a regional planning procedure shall be carried out. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Omises (2); Entry into force (3).

    The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and land cadastre. Article 1 establishes that the Land is responsible for land survey and land cadastre.     The Law regulates land commissions in Latvia. Under the Law, for the co-ordination of work and ensuring of lawfulness of the land reform, the Saeima must establish the Central Land Commission of the Republic of Latvia. For the examination of matters regarding the formation of land ownership and taking decisions, city councils must establish a land commission of the relevant city, and parish councils – a land commission of the relevant parish.

    This report details some species of fish considered appropriate for stocking the Sepik/Ramu Rivers. Fishes thought suitable for introduction have been divided into three categories: Category A (species whose introduction is recommended); Category B (species that are thought to be of particular interest which are presently being evaluated in detail) ; and, Category C (interesting species with longer-term potential). Only category A species are presently recommended.
