    These Regulations amend the European Communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Agriculture) Regulations 2011 in various provisions relating to, among other things, application for a screening decision, documents that shall accompany the application, the follow-up on a decisions by the Minister and information for the environmental impact statement. The Regulations also give a new definition of "EIA Directive", “environmental impact assessment” and “EIS”.

    These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Habitats Directive for protection purposes set out in Schedule 3 (coastal lagoons). The Minister shall, in accordance with the Regulations of 2011, establish and publish such particular conservation objectives as he or she, from time to time, considers necessary for the Special Area of Conservation with regard to the natural habitat type and animal and plant species specified in Schedule 3.

    The present Regulation enforces the Law on Assignment and Reclamation of Lands in the Islamic Republic of Iran’. In particular, all lands in possession of the government and natural resources land is transferable except for grasslands, forests, national parks and lands of nomad’s migration. The Committee may transfer the lands which are abandoned for five years without any reasonable justification.

    These Regulations give effect to Ireland's 4th Nitrates Action Programme, and provide statutory support for good agricultural practice to protect waters against pollution from agricultural sources and include measures such as periods when land application of fertilisers is prohibited, limits on the land application of fertilisers, storage requirements for livestock manure, and monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures in terms of agricultural practice and impact on water quality.

    These Regulations give effect in Irish law to Directive No. 2014/89/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for maritime spatial planning by establishing the necessary legal basis for the Minister to implement maritime spatial planning.     The Act is the Statute of the Urban Land Organization as a subordinate department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The main duty of the Organization is to implement the rules and regulations regarding the lands which are inside of city limits.
