This Act, consisting of 211 Sections, divided into 14 Parts and completed by six Schedules aims at establishing Local Land Services.
The construction, operation and maintenance of works for the removal of obstructions, improvement of rivers and foreshores and the prevention of erosion of lands by tidal and non-tidal waters shall be approved by the Marine Ministerial Holding Corporation and carried out by the Constructing Authority. For the purpose of constructing works for the improvement of rivers and foreshores, any lands may be constituted as River and/or Foreshore Improvement Districts by the Ministerial Corporation.
This Act, consisting of 26 sections, regulates the imposition of taxes on land in South Australia. The Act defines which lands are exempted from taxation (sects. 4 and 5) and sets the procedure for the assessment of taxes.

This Act, consisting of 24 sections and completed by two Schedules, regulates the activities of land valuers, i.e. any person who carries on a business that consists of or involves valuing land. The Act defines the qualifications required to carry out the business of land valuers, regulates their activities and provides for the solution of disputes arising from their work.

This Act provides for the acquisition of lands for public purposes, meaning any purpose declared by the Governor to be a public purpose.
These Regulations contain forms for the application under paragraph 61(5)(a) of the Native Title Act, 1993: native title determination application - claimant application (form 1); native title determination application - non-claimant application (2); revised native title determination application (3); compensation application. Section 61 concerns applications to the Federal Court for native title and compensation.
