Le présent décret modifie les statuts de l'établissement public foncier de Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur pour tenir compte de la création de la métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence au 1er janvier 2016, qui couvre notamment le territoire de quatre communautés auxquelles elle se substitue au conseil d'administration de l'établissement. These Regulations implement provisions of the Special Economic Zones Act and concern the designation and administration of special economic zones. They also provide with respect to environmental impact assessment, land use planning, sustainable development and prohibition and monitoring of activities within designated zone that have an impact on the environment. A proposal for the designation of an area as a special economic zone may be submitted by any person to the Special Economic Zones Authority.
These Regulations amend the Industrial Emissions (Framework) Regulations as regards the requirements for certain categories of installations, combustion plants, waste incineration plants or waste co-incineration plants in general binding rules that the Malta Environment and Planning Authority may adopt (see regulation 8).

These Regulation amend, for England, Part 2 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 so as to insert a new section (33ZA) on fixed penalty notices for contravention of section 33(1)(a) of the Act. The new section allows a waste collection authority in England to issue a fixed penalty notice for a contravention of section 33(1)(a) of the Act. Section 33(1)(a) prohibits a person from depositing controlled waste or extractive waste in or on any land unless in accordance with an environmental permit.

Item 4.9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “National budget shall finance mapping of the boundaries of land plots allotted to peasant farms for family farming, legalization of rights to agricultural land plots and bonus payment to purchase prices applicable for purchase of agricultural commodities form smallholders”.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persona and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure. The scope of inspection shall be to control compliance by land tenant with compulsory legislative requirements related to land tenure. Municipal land control shall be performed in accordance with the annual plans.
