This Regulation defines the area of "Baia das Gatas", within the island of S. Vicente as an Area of Touristic Development. It consists of 3 articles and 1 annex laying down geographical coordinates and a detailed map of the aforementioned area. It also concerns the protection and valorization of the environmental sector.
El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 30 de 1986 y la Ley N º 333 de 1996. Dispone que el inventario que levanten las autoridades en la diligencia de incautación de los bienes, deberá contener como mínimo: 1) identificación, ubicación y extensión del bien; 2) estado del bien; 3) explotación económica; 4) mejoras y bienes muebles vinculados a este, junto con su descripción específica. The present Law establishes the basis of urban construction activity and regulates relations in this sphere. The document consists of XI Secs. that contain 30 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Section II (art. 5) regards immovables in the sphere of urban construction. Section III (Arts. 6-9) establishes rights and duties of the subjects of urban construction activity. Section IV (Art. 10) regards state management in the sphere of urban construction. Section V (Art. 11) establishes competence of local self-government in the sphere of urban construction.
La presente Ley establece, con carácter de orden público, normas tendientes a asegurar la protección y conservación del ambiente, promoviendo una política de desarrollo sustentable compatible con tales objetivos, al fin de hacer posible una óptima calidad de vida para las generaciones presentes y futuras que habiten en el territorio provincial. El título I (Del ambiente) introduce normas generales de política ambiental (arts. 5-13) y define el marco institucional (arts. 14-26). A este último respecto, el artículo 14 crea la Secretaría de Gestión Ambiental de la Provincia.
This paper attempts to build on a conceptual analysis of both land tenure and food security to set these various linkages that in a dynamic framework that captures both the effects of access to resources on food security and the effects of food security on access to and use of resources.
This article combines both land tenure and food security issues within a dynamic framework that recognizes not just the conventional link between access to land and access to food in the short run, but also the recursive link between the access to food and the ability to maintain sufficient resources to meet long-run needs.
The Optional Protocol entered into force in 2000.
