Azerbaïdjan, Asie occidentale, AsieThis State Standard has been set by Technical Committee (TK 09) on ecology and has been registered by the Decision No. 006 of the Collegium of the State Committee for Standardisation, Metrology and Patent. This State Standard is authentic translation of ISO 10381-5:2005 Soil quality -- Sampling -- Part 5: Guidance on the procedure for the investigation of urban and industrial sites with regard to soil contamination. The initial inspection shall be in 2020 to determine the requirements of the standard to comply with the international standards, norms, rules and recommendations.

The Collegium of the State Land Committee was established on 13 February 1998 upon the Ministerial Decree № 25. By this Decree, number and composition of members of the Collegium are reapproved by the Council of Ministers. The Collegium shall be composed of 15 members and the Chairman of the State Land Committee shall chair the Collegium.

By this Decree, legislative acts such as the list of national forest inventory, the methods of economic valuation of forests and the state forest cadastre have been approved. The Regulation on state forest cadastre aims at registration of the forest fund for ecological, economic, quantitative and qualitative assessment. This Regulation sets out the duties and responsibilities of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources while carrying out state forest cadastre.

This Decree states that the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall be charged with making a survey of the areas under risk of landslides in Baku and Absheron peninsula and producing maps to determine the geographic coordinates of these areas. The local authorities shall ensure the coordination with the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to approve the construction projects in these areas in accordance with the Article 75.4 of the Code of Urban Planning and Construction.
