The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure protection of Kristiansten Fortress, in Trondheim. This permanent protection scheme shall enable the keeping of the Fortress’ parts (external and internal) and its related land intact. This will ensure the protection of the historical and cultural heritage values of the Fortress from 1681 until today. Article 1, section 2 indicates a map of Kristiansten Fortress' buildings, walls, foundations, and other parts.

The purpose of this Regulation is to increase the quality of previously drained agricultural land by providing subsidies for drainage of poorly drained soils, with potential for the increase of agricultural production and to minimize erosion and runoff of nutrients into watercourses. Subsidies for drainage of agricultural land shall correspond to NOK 1 000 per hectare.

The purpose of this Regulation aims at conservation the quality of outdoor recreational areas without interfering their topography, the presence of swamps, lakes, streams, and hills. The area offers a large proportion of old forest without recent forest interventions. The area also consists of larger cultural heritage and a diverse wildlife. The outdoor recreational area covers a total area of 3 674 acres. The boundaries are shown in a map at a scale of 1:15 000. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest.
The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve the scenic value of outdoor recreational terrains in areas rich with wildlife within Oslo. The boundaries of the outdoor area is shown in map at a scale of 1:12 500 of September 2013. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest. Administrative authorities may grant permission to create paths and trails, ensure sport activities do not conflict with conservation objectives, forest management initiatives in certain sub-areas should develop a more friendly forest area in line with conservation objectives.
The purpose of this Regulation is to clarify the national land policy in the 100-meter coastal belt. The aim is to safeguard public interests and prevent unfortunate construction along lakes, in accordance to the Planning and Building Act. The Regulation ensures that a stronger geographic differentiation is suggested for the key areas where pressure on land is high.
Høgfjells in North Gudbrandsdal is an area allocated for lamb seasonal grazing. Lamb production from there encompasses municipalities of Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Oppland, Skjåk and Lom. A significant portion of this grazing area should be higher than 800 m. within said geographical landmark. Lambs shall be released for pasture as soon as grazing in this mountainous area is considered to be satisfactory (cows will graze for a minimum of 11 weeks in pastures located over 800 meters).
The Regulation applies to the payment of fees for concession purchase permits (max. NKK 5 000) and for sharing permits (max. 2 000). This also applies to the partition of several lots or parcels from the same estate, land acquisition for road construction and the like.
