Food, energy and water are important basic resources that affect the sustainable development of a region. The influence of food–energy–water (FEW) nexus on sustainable development has quickly become a frontier topic since the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were put forward. According to the World Bank, approximately 55% of the population lives in cities and a growing trend is expected in the future. Cities generate more than 80% of the world’s GDP, so accurate urban land management would favor sustainable growth, increasing productivity and facilitating innovation and the emergence of new ideas. The use and management of public resources and the concern for cities to become increasingly smart are, therefore, of particular importance.

Megkülönböztetve egymástól a KAP és a birtokpolitikára vonatkozó közösségi jogi rendelkezéseket, arra a következtetésre jutok, hogy túlzás, illetve nem helytálló Tanka Endre megállapítása, mely szerint az uniós jog a birtokpolitikában „maga a politika”, „a tagállami jogalkotás annak végrehajtására szűkül”, és a birtokpolitikában a közösségi jog „a belső jogot csaknem kiszorítja”, hiszen a tagállam dönthet úgy, hogy semmilyen korlátozást nem léptet életbe a földpiacon, valamint a közösségi joggal összeegyeztetett igen szigorú, Tanka Endre szavaival élve értékalapú birtokpolitikát, polgári de

Bangladesh is a small country with a large population. Its increasingly developing economy further makes land a lucrative source of fixed capital. On the other hand, land titling is a cumbersome and lengthy process, where different government bodies process different sets of documents, and bureaucratic loopholes encourage fraudulent activities by organized people. As a result, the current model suffers from good governance.
