This Regulation provides for the management and conservation of native vegetation in New South Wales. Native vegetation includes trees, understorey plants, groundcover and plants occurring in wetlands of indigenous vegetation, i.e. species of vegetation that existed before European settlement.
The Regulation makes provision regarding the following: payments on land in irrigation areas or special land districts, interests on arrears, addition of land to perpetual leases, transfer of yearly leases, conditions for yearly leases, appeals, restrictions on the exercise of mortgagee's powers, devolution under a will or an intestacy, fees for the valuation of land, subdivision of holdings, redetermination of rent of certain leases, objections to, and appeals against, determinations or redeterminations, purchase of land held under lease, fees to be paid for surveys.
This Act, consisting of three Parts completed by six Schedules, transfers certain State forest and Crown lands to the national park estate, makes provision with respect to special areas under the Crown Lands Act 1989 and the Forestry Act 1916 and provides for land transfers, ancillary and special provisions.
This Act, consisting of 18 sections and completed by ten Schedules, aims at transferring to the national park estate certain river red gum State forest lands in the Riverina area; enabling the transfer to Aboriginal ownership and conservation of certain other State forest lands in the Riverina area; enabling forestry operations to continue on land in the Riverina area remaining as State forest; enabling the collection of firewood for non-commercial purposes to continue in areas reserved as national or regional parks; etc.
This Act, consisting of 19 sections divided into four Parts and completed by nine Schedules, aims at transferring certain State forest lands in the South-Western area to the national park estate; to make provisions with respect to forestry operations in that area; enabling the transfer to Aboriginal ownership and conservation of certain other State forest lands; specifying lands subject to Aboriginal land claims; approval for South-Western forestry operations; forestry operations on land remaining as State forest; etc.
This Act, consisting of 29 sections and completed by three Schedules, approves an Agreement, subject to ratification by the Parliaments of the States of New South Wales and Queensland. It establishes that each of the contracting parties provide for the enforcement of this Agreement and any Acts ratifying the borders of the above mentioned States.
This Regulation, consisting of 9 sections, made under the Community Services Complaints, Reviews and Monitoring) Act 1993 (for the purposes of section 8 of the Act), the following are prescribed as functions that an Official Community Visitor may exercise: a) to inform the Minister and the Ombudsman on matters affecting the welfare, interests and conditions of persons using visitable services, b) to encourage the promotion of legal and human rights of persons using visitable services, including the right to privacy, confidentiality, adequate information and consultation in relation to those
This Regulation implements the Contaminated Land Management Act 1997 by providing specifications on record keeping (Part 2) and on site auditors (Part 3). The Regulation is completed by one schedule that contains the model forms prescribed under the Act.
