    In order to improve the condition of reservoirs of water the Collector, as defined in section 2, may serve a notice on the person having control over a tank which has fallen into disrepair or disuse requiring such person to carry out improvements of the tank as the Collector considers necessary (sect. 3). If improvements are not carried out to the satisfaction of the Collector he may declare the tank to be a derelict tank.

Il est à relever que l'Etat peut passer avec la région des conventions portant sur l'exploitation ou l'utilisation de tout ou partie de ses biens meubles ou immeubles. Par ailleurs, il convient de noter que les biens immobiliers de la région sont inscrits à son nom, au livre foncier à la requête des autorités régionales.

    This Law defines the concept of concession, objects of concessions and spheres of business activity for which concessions may be granted, the procedure for granting concessions, the rights and duties of government institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and those of enterprises of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign countries which operate on the basis of concession contracts. Concession is defined as the right to use the existing state-owned or municipal property or property that is to be created, which is granted under contract for the performance of certain business activity.

    This Law makes provision for the legal registration of land, buildings, structures and other real property ,the status of the Real Property Register of the Republic of, the establishment of this register, its record-keeping, reorganization and liquidation, the rights, duties and liability of the institutions managing the Real Property Register. Keeping of the Real Property Register shall be the responsibility of county governors. The Real Property Register shall be kept by district and municipal subdivisions of county governor administration.

Land is property of the Government of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, its exploitation is allowed only under concession or authorization granted by the Government. Agricultural land exploitation areas shall not exceed 300 hectars, but the Council of Ministers may authorize land-use concessions to cooperatives and national or foreign companies for areas not exceeding 1500 hectars.

    Cette ordonnance établit le régime foncier et domanial en Mauritanie.La terre appartient à la nation et tout Mauritanien, sans discrimination d'aucune sorte, peut, en se conformant à la Loi, en devenir propriétaire, pour partie. L'Etat reconnait et garantit la propriété foncière privée qui doit, conformément à la Chariâa; contribuer au développement économique et social du pays. Le système de la tenure traditionnelle du sol est aboli. Les terres qui ont appartenu à l'Etat, en vertu des dispositions de la loi n 60.139 du 2 Août 1960, demeurent domaniales.
