   This Decree-Law, consisting approving the exceptional regime for ownership transmission of municipalities of land in the private domain of the State. The above mentioned exceptional regime regulates the following situations: The automatic validation of the alienations of land from the private domain of the State made by the municipalities, in the areas referred to; Validation of the disposals of land of the private domain of the State made by the municipalities in any land located outside specific areas for the purpose of performing tourist, industrial investments or similar nature.

   This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters and three Annexes, regulates the preparation and implementation process of the Plans for the Management of Coastal Zones and the Adjacent Sea (POOC_M). This Plans are territorial management tools containing a set of actions for the coastal zone management, which interventions are planned for the terrestrial areas, referred as 'onshore', and areas called as 'adjacent sea areas'.

It includes reports of the Plan for urban areas, as well as environmental and landscape domain, the Plan Regulation and drawings, which constitute the framework and the charters.

   This Decree-Law establishes the third amendment to Decree-Law No. 37/2014 of 23 July, amended by Decree-Law No. 44/2016 of 6 September, and by Decree-Law No. 52/2015 of 24 September.    This Presidential Decision creates the National Commission for preparing the National Land Management Plan (PNOT). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilites of the above mentioned Commission, coordinated by the Minister of Planning and Territorial Development, entitled to prepare the PNOT, to approve the territorial model and the action programmes. The Commission will be terminated after approval of its final report by the Executive Holder.

   This Decree-Law, redefines the Southern Integral Tourism Development Zone (ZDTI) of "Baia das Gatas" within the island of São Vicente. It establishes new configuration of the above mentioned zone, taking into account that the previous amendment did not take into account the people agglomeration of the Northern ZDTI of the Baia das Gatas that is contained in the Southern ZDTI.

   O foco deste trabalho é a representação dos espaços presentes no romance Terra Sonâmbula (COUTO, 1999). Ele traz à tona a guerra civil em Moçambique (1976-1992), desencadeada por duas facções distintas que lutam por um mesmo fim: a conquista do poder político no país, após a independência colonial. Os espaços a serem abordados sofrem transformações, em meio a essa guerra. Nesse contexto, articularemos uma discussão com base na teoria ecofeminista, por sua pertinência e contribuição ao debate sobre relações de humanos e de não humanos no meio ambiente.

    O CTV iniciou em 2010 o estudo, análise e monitoria do estado da governação na gestão do ambiente e recursos naturais em Moçambique, culminando com a elaboração de uma serie de relatórios anuais sobre governação ambiental (RAGA), cuja primeira edição foi publicada em Janeiro de 2012. Esta publicação tem como objectivo contribuir para a boa governação na gestão do ambiente e dos recursos naturais e promover maior justiça social, equidade e sustentabilidade no seu acesso pelos cidadãos, principalmente os das zonas rurais.
