The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Permission in Principle) Order 2017 to allow local planning authorities to grant permission in principle for development the main purpose of which is housing development on an application to the authority in accordance with provisions inserted into that Order by this instrument. They also concern (exemption from) environmental impact assessment procedures. The Regulations also make minor amendments to the Statutory Instruments listed in Schedule 2.
This Act amends the Property Transfer Tax Act in section 2, 4, 5 and 11. In section a definition of "intellectual property is inserted. Other amendments concern valuation of property, also of mining rights. A new section (12B) concerning disclosure of information on relationship between companies.

This Regulation, consisting of 21 sections divided into six Parts and completed by five Schedules, establishes the requirements contracts for sale of land within the New South Wales territory.
This Government Decree establishes that Agency for Technical Supervision shall be an administrative body subordinated to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure responsible for implementation of state policy in the areas pertaining to its competence. The Agency's mission is to ensure the implementation of state policy in the spheres of its competence in the order and in the limits established by the regulatory framework.
This Governmental Decree establishes that land plots shall be allotted for provisional tenancy covering the period of subsoil management for the following purposes: (a) geological exploration of subsoil; and (b) mining and construction of the infrastructure for subsoil management.
