The African Union Commission (AUC), the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and the Africa Development Bank (AfDB), acting as a consortium, have launched a joint initiative to develop a land policy framework in Africa to strengthen land rights, enhance productivity and secure livelihoods.
These Rules concern the administration of estates of deceased persons. Their purpose if to permit Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration to be signed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court following the removal of the power for the Governor to act as a judge of the Supreme Court.

This Ordinance concerns the procedures for control of administration of estates of deceased persons. The Supreme Court shall continue to have jurisdiction in all matters concerning the administration of Estates. Every application for a grant of probate or of letters of administration shall be made by affidavit filed with the Registrar of the Supreme Court.
These Rules concern a request under section 146 of the Registered Land Ordinance by an aggrieved party to the Registrar to state a case for the opinion of the Supreme Court and an appeal under section 147 of the Ordinance against a decision of the Registrar. The Rules prescribe forms of request or appeal and lay down some procedural requirements.
These Rules concern forms and some other matters prescribed under the Registered Land Ordinance. The forms of the Register and Land Certificate shall be such forms as the Registrar (with the consent of the Governor) may from time to time approve. The forms required to be used under the Ordinance shall be as prescribed in the First Schedule to these Rules.
This Ordinance concerns the right to sue the Crown and liability of the Crown in tort. It sets out rules of procedure of proceedings 0against the Crown.
These Regulations implement provisions of the St. Helena National Trust Ordinance in relation with the organization and administration of the Trust and the Trust Council.
This Ordinance declares all lands on Ascension to be Crown lands and requires the Governor to prepare and publish a policy to secure a consistent and transparent process for granting rights of occupancy in relation to land on Ascension and for the control of the use of land.
These Regulations reserved lands as a lay or common for the pasturage of animals. The number and kind of animals that may be pastured at any time on any of the lands by any individual owner shall be determined by the Council Committee.
These Rules sets out, in the Schedule, forms to be used in connection with the administration of estates, in accordance with section 4 of the Administration of Estates Ordinance.
