This Regulation of the Government establishes provisions concerning the action program which applies to natural or legal persons operating the agricultural production in vulnerable areas and who are entered in the register specified by the Agriculture Act. The Regulation specifies the seasons when it is prohibited to use nitrogen fertilizing substances on the agricultural land, and methods of fertilization, originally specified in Annex 2 of the amended Regulation. The Regulation amends also Annex 3, specifying limits of fertilization of individual crops.
