This Act establishes rules concerning the production, storage, purchase, sale or other transfer, distribution, promotion, import and export of all products intended for soil fertilizers. These products must comply with quality standards and not have detrimental effects on human, animal or plant health or the environment and shall not constitute a risk to public safety.It consists of 4 Chapters: Defining rules for fertilizer and soil conditioners (1); Administrative provisions (2); Penal Provisions (3); Entry into force (4).
