This Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes competencies, duties and responsibilities of delegation of authority to issue land titles and land registration. It governs the authority responsible for granting land title and land registration. The Heads of the National Land Agency shall be the authority responsible for regulating the right of use of land, such as: rights for freehold titles, for exploiting land, rights for cultivation titles, right for building, etc. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (I); Scope (II); Authority to grant land titles (III); Authority of land registration (IV); Other provisions (V); and Transitional provisions (VI).

Repeals: Regulation of the Head of the National Land Affairs Agency No. 1/2011 on delegation of authority to grant land title and specified land registration activities. (2011-02-04)
