This Decree amends and supplements a number of Articles of the Government’s Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP of 14 March 2008, providing for industrial parks, export processing zones and economic zones. Amendments deal with: Conditions for grant of investment certificate for new investment and expansion of industrial parks; Procedures for the grant of investment certificates for investment projects on infrastructure construction and business of industrial zones shall comply with the legislation on investment; Exit, entry, travel, residence and sojourn in economic zones; Rights and obligations of enterprises operating in industrial parks, economic zones and investors who conduct infrastructure construction and business of industrial parks, economic zones; Housing development for laborers in industrial parks and economic zones; Powers and duties in state management of the Government Inspectorate; Responsibilities for implementation, etc.
