This Decree-Law, consisting approving the exceptional regime for ownership transmission of municipalities of land in the private domain of the State. The above mentioned exceptional regime regulates the following situations: The automatic validation of the alienations of land from the private domain of the State made by the municipalities, in the areas referred to; Validation of the disposals of land of the private domain of the State made by the municipalities in any land located outside specific areas for the purpose of performing tourist, industrial investments or similar nature. An exceptional registration regime, applicable to land sold to third parties by the municipalities. The transmission shall cover: the land of the State's private domain situated within the consolidated perimeters of the urban and peri-urban areas and the population agglomerates of the municipalities; Lands of the private domain of the State located in the perimeters proposed and approved for urban expansion. The transmission does not cover land subject to the reservation or easement, land acquired by the State from private individuals, land integrated in the ZDTI and the Tourist Protection Reserve Zones (ZRPT) and lands in the public domain of the State. State.
