This Order sets forth the procedure for performance of normative monetary valuation of agricultural land (arable land, perennial plantations, hayfields, pastures and layland) and and non-agricultural lands incorporated in agricultural land areas. As a result of the normative monetary valuation of agricultural land within a specific district, technical documentation on the normative monetary valuation of agricultural land is drawn up. Technical documentation on normative monetary valuation of agricultural land of the district includes: (a) an explanatory note containing the purpose of the assessment, a description of the object of evaluation, calculations of the normative monetary value of the land; (b) terms of reference (TOR) with indication of the grounds, terms and conditions of performance of works; (c) the decision to carry out a normative monetary valuation of agricultural land of the district; (d) copying from cadastral maps (plans) reflecting natural and agricultural areas within the district; (e) cartogram of distribution of agro-industrial groups of soils of the district; and (f) scale of normative monetary valuation of agro-industrial groups of soils of agricultural land of the district.
