La Asociación Campesina San Isidro del Jejuí está conformada por miembros de Federación Nacional de las Ligas Agrarias Cristianas, organización conformada por campesinos y campesinas en el Paraguay entre los años 1969 y 1974, que construyó un modelo de comunidad autosustentable con el sistema de tenencia asociativa de la tierra y de producción comunitaria en la denominada Colonia Jejuí.
