This Act provides for the tenancy of land that shall be used for purposes other than cultivation; and for the building of residential housing or factories or for erecting shrines and temples and digging tanks.

This Federal Law regulates relations originating from elaboration, conclusion, performance and stopping of concession agreements ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of the participants of concession agreements. Object of concession agreement must be owned by concessor at the moment of conclusion of concession agreement.
This Decree applies to freshwater stocks which are already serving or will be used in the future for drinking water distribution and for mineral and medical water uses, and to establishments supplying, treating, storing and distributing such waters to at least an average of 50 persons. These water stocks and establishments must be highly protected according to this Decree.
