This Decree establishes maximum allowable limits of concentration of slip forms of nickel, copper and lead in soil of different categories: (a) inhabited areas; (b) industrial areas; (c) transport and engineering infrastructure land; (d) recreational land; (e) agricultural land; (f) special purpose land; and (g) other territories.
This Decree establishes the compensation of the ex-owners of lands. It consists of 8 articles specifying that the compensation to be given to the ex-owners (including agricultural lands, touristic lands and urban lands) depends on the land extension. Conditions for benefeting from these compensation programme are established in the text.
This Decree amends the Decree concerning the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in article 1, which defines the duties of the Ministry, and in article 2, which lists offices, agencies and other bodies that fall within the administration sphere of the Ministry.

This Decree provides for the exemption from the agricultural land use tax in case of land assigned by the State to households and individuals for agricultural development, or belonging to farmer cooperatives whose land has been assigned for agricultural production, or for agricultural and forestry farmers which have been assigned lands for farming, in poor and less favoured areas.
This Decree establishes the modalities of delimitation of administrative and territorial boundaries, including mapping, calculation of the perimeter of boundaries, calculation of area of administrative and territorial units, and legalization of the boundaries.
This Decree determines land-use right value, for lands assigned by the State, to be included in the value of organization assets. The lands are specified in article 1. Land-use rights shall constitute a state asset (art. 3).
This Decree establishes the functioning of the national accreditation system for certification laboratories. Latvian national accreditation office shall be the authorized state institution competent in the sphere of accreditation. The relations between Latvian national accreditation office and certification laboratories shall be regulated by contracts.
This Decree provides for the promotion, economical support and international participation to initiatives aimed at the improvement of the so called rural industrial production by mean of policies and financial interventions in the rural communities.
This Decree establishes the modalities of exoneration from payment of land tax for land plots under young plantations and young growth of forest species.
