These Bye-laws are made under subsection (4) of section 9 of the Land Surveyors Act which provides that the Bahamas Association of Land Surveyors, established under the Act, shall have power to make rules or Bye-laws not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business.
Article 1 establishes the harmful substances stated in Article 2 of the Agricultural Land Soil Pollution Prevention Law. Article 2 sets out the requirements to be fulfilled for the designation of an agricultural land soil pollution policy area. (2 Articles)

This Cabinet Regulation establishes the procedures for the development, public consultations, implementation and monitoring of the national spatial plan. The national spatial plan is an aggregate of documents, which includes: (a) the long-term spatial development prospects for Latvia; (b) binding parts of the national spatial plan; and (c) guidelines for the national spatial plan.
This Cabinet Regulation regards the territorial local government spatial plan is the administrative spatial plan of a local government, in which is reflected the current utilisation of the territory, and in which is specified the planned (permitted) utilisation and restrictions on such utilisation with a long-term outlook for 12 years.
This Act provides for the efficient management of land and the protection of ownership by registering the information concerning land in a cadastral record and managing it after conducting its survey and measurement, and by prescribing the matters related to the furnishing of registered information.
These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act, concerns a memorandum of survey or survey report, which shall be drawn up, in such form and manner as the Chief Surveyor may approve and in accordance with these Regulations.
The present Order enacts the Surveys Act. In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to cadastral mapping fees which must be paid at the time a plan of survey or descriptive plan is submitted for registration at the Land Titles Office.
These Regulations set out the form of an application under section 7(3) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. Such application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Second Schedule. Section 7 stipulates that any interested person may apply for the assignment of a Parcel Identification Number (PIN) in respect of any plot of land or unit to be assigned by the Chief Surveyor.
These Regulations list in the Schedule the prescribed bodies for the purposes of section 15(2) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. These bodies shall be exempted from payment of a fee for access to the digital cadastral database (DCDB).

These Regulations prescribe fees payable for determining whether cadastral survey datasets and cadastral surveys comply with standards set under section 49 of the Act and for auditing compliance with those standards.
