The 7 articles regulate the National Land Cadastre. It is maintained and systematic surveys on the status of the land are conducted by the State Institute for Design "Armgiprozem" for the timely exposure, assessment, prevention and abolition of the effects of any negative phenomena (art.2,3).
This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure.
This Decree, composed of one article and one Annex, approves the Regulation on Environmental Quality and Effluents’ Emissions. The aim is to define environmental quality patterns for granting an effective control and management of pollutant concentration levels in environmental components. The annexed Regulation is composed of 26 articles and 6 annexes divided in six Chapters.

This Decree defines the content of a Extraction Waste Management Plan and concerns permits as defined in section 8.1. of the Environment Protection Act or section 1 of the Act on the Pollution of Surface Waters. In particular, the Decree defines the conditions the competent authority shall attach to permits.

This Decree establishes the modalities of reimbursement to the producers of agricultural commodities of excise tax for diesel fuel used for agricultural activities on land, including cultivated pastures and meadows, calculated as 120 litres of diesel fuel per 1 ha.
This Decree establishes maximum allowable limits of concentration of slip forms of zink, chrome and cadmium in soil of different categories: (a) soil intended for construction; (b) soil intended for agricultural construction; (c) soil intended for industrial sites; (d) soil intended for communication and transport; (e) recreational land and landscape areas; and (f) agricultural land.
This Decree provides for the determination of land prices, assorted-land price brackets and valuation of specific land categories. It shall be used as a basis for calculating land use levies and determining land use right values as from articles 33, 34, 35, 40 and 50 of the Land Law No. 13/2003/QH11.
