The present Regulations are made under the Dry Docks Subsidies Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. D-4). The above-mentioned corporation is entrusted with the construction of a dry dock as set out in the afore-mentioned Act, with all necessary equipment, machinery and plant, for the reception and repairing of vessels. The text consists of 23 sections .
The present Ordinance enforces articles 7 and 13 of the Introductory Law of 5 May 2014 relating to the Federal Acts on agriculture, rural soil and agricultural lease. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the granting of subsidies for alpine cultivation, as well as issues concering rural soil and agricultural lease.
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978.

The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. The present Ordinance applies to both geobase data of federal and cantonal legislation.
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Act of 2 September 1979. Article 1 establishes that the Office of Landscape and Nature is responsible for the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Agricultural Act, unless otherwise determined.
The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Appenzell-Ausserrhoden. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.
