The present Ordinance implements the Lower Austria Land Transfer Law 2007 (LGBl. 6800–0). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to compensation costs for member of the Land Transfer Commission. The text consists of 4 articles and 5 Annexes.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Carinthia. The Municipal Council is required to adopt a Land Use Zoning Plan which divides the entire municipality into building land, grass land and traffic area taking into consideration the local development plan and the economic, social, ecological and cultural requirements of the whole area.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to sewage sludge. The soil on which for the first time sewage sludge is applied has to be classified according to Annex A laying down soil suitability according to certain classes. Moreover, the soil on which sewage sludge is to be applied must be previously analyzed as to its composition. Seven Annexes are enclosed.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the taxation of land in Austria. Article 1 establishes that domestic real property is subject to property tax. Domestic real property is, inter alia, agricultural and forestry land and agricultural and forestry enterprises. Article 2 lists cases for which no land tax has to be paid.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the right of use relating to forests and pastures.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to conditions of farmland in Kärnten. Part I contains: Consolidation of agricultural and forestry land (art. 1); Special provisions for consolidation of forestry land (art. 2); Re-allocation of land (art. 3). Part II deals with sub-division of agricultural land, and regulates the common use and administrative matters.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Building Ordinance 2008 (LGBl. No. 63/2008).

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Farmland Requirement Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 74). In particular, the Law adds a paragraph 5 to article 33 dealing with the intrinsic value of an agricultural community plots; furthermore, the text amends, inter alia, article 40 concerning issuing of building authorization on behalf of the competent authority.
