This Act amends the Land and Titles Act in provisions, concerning, among other things: powers of the Commissioner and consent to subdivision. It also inserts a new Part which establishes the Land Board and defines its functions and powers. The Board has power to: (a) allocate interest in any land in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
