This Law consists of 7 Chapters divided into 56 articles providing for land registration and survey. Chapter I deals with the judge and assistants entrusted to write, record and delimit lands. Chapter II provides for recording operations and temporary definition of lands. Chapter III concerns with authorizations and objections.
This Law consists of 3 Sections divided into 101 articles providing for land registration and cadastre keeping. Section I deals with general provisions in particular: land registration; land real rights and registration; records and temporary records; and typewriting or invalidation.
The aim of this Resolution is to lay down bases and foudations in order to regulate and arrnge the creation, development and rehabilition of urban communities outside the protection areas and administrative boundaries of cities and provinces. It is composed of 17 articles. Article 1 gives terms and definitions.
This Resolution charges the competent Ministries in Syria and Jordan to form a joint committee in order to inspect and study the cultivated zones on the two banks of Alyarmouk River as well as to define the areas, which are incompatible with the Bilateral Agreement signed by the two Countries.
