USAID is seeking applications from qualified organizations for an Assistance Agreement funding to support a program entitled Graduation with Resilience to Achieve Sustainable Development (GRAD) Program. The overall goal of this program is to support and enhance livelihood options of the chronically food insecure households. The objectives of the GRAD program will directly link with all of the core investment areas of USAID/Ethiopia’s Feed the Future (FTF) strategy.

This request for applications (RFA) elicits proposals for a five year cooperative agreement designed to support and enhance livelihood options of the chronically food insecure households by promoting and supporting on-and off-farm income generating activities, facilitating output and input market linkages, increasing access to microfinance services, improving nutritional status of communities and assisting communities to adapt to climate change.
