Despite significant economic advances in recent years, Cambodia still relies heavily on the outputs from its agriculture industry to provide economic stability.

In 2007, HE Lay Prohas founded E-Investment as an environmentally sustainable agri-business based company focused solely on utilizing unused land and creating economic value for the local communities and Cambodia’s economy as a whole.

HLH was founded in Singapore since 1988, from a sole proprietorship providing construction services, it has become a regional property developer and producer of raw and processed agricultural products. It has been listed on the mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange since 21 June 2000.

The Group operates two core business segments: Property Development and Agriculture.

The Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia mission is that of promoting job creation, economic growth, sustainable development and to improve the standard of living for all Cambodians.

The Cabinet of Cambodia, formally known as the Council of Ministers (Khmer: គណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី), is the executive body of the Kingdom of Cambodia led by the Prime Minister, assisted by Deputy Prime Ministers, Senior Ministers, Ministers, and Secretaries of State. Members of the Cabinet are nominated by the Prime Minister and appointed by the Monarch.

The Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC) was founded by a group of former political prisoners in December 1991 after the signing of the Paris Peace Agreements on October 23, 1991. ADHOC is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit and non-governmental organization. It has different levels of governance: a General Assembly which is convened every three years to elect a President and Secretary General, and a Board of Advisors which meet annually.

About NGOF


NGO Forum on Cambodia works to improve life for poor and vulnerable people in Cambodia. It is a membership organisation that builds NGO cooperation and capacity, supporting NGO networks and other civil society organizations to engage in policy dialogue, debate and advocacy.


The goal of NGO Forum is that the rights of the poor and vulnerable are recognized and supported by the policies and practices of Cambodia’s government and development partners, and the wider community.

Coalition of Cambodian Farmer Community (CCFC) is a membership-based organization created on January 11th, 2011 by 12 communities (from Kandal, Svay Rieng and Preah Sihanouk) that work together to address land issues; natural resource and forced eviction resulting from development projects effecting on farmers’ lives. By seeing this, CCFC is governed by Executive Committee and advised by general council and advisory board. They are selected by member and authorize to makes decision.

The Ministry of Planning consists of two main parts, namely the General Directorate of Planning (GDP) and the National Institute of Statistics (NIS). The MoP is responsible for guiding and managing national socioeconomic development planning (GDP) and managing the statistical functions of the Royal Government (NIS). It works in close cooperation with other Ministries and institutions in Cambodia. 

CCHR is a leading non-aligned, independent, non-governmental organization that works to promote and protect democracy and respect for human rights – primarily civil and political rights - in Cambodia.
