O Centro de Direitos Econômicos e Sociais (CDES) é uma organização não governamental de direitos humanos. Criada no ano de 2000, em Porto Alegre, dentro do contexto social e político de realização do I Fórum Social Mundial que acontecia na cidade naquele ano.

O Centro Popular de Direitos Humanos se constitui em um coletivo de Advogados Militantes Populares que tem como objetivo atuar na assessoria jurídica popular junto a movimentos sociais, comunidades e segmentos que sofram violações de direitos.

A Confederação Nacional das Associações de Moradores, fundada no dia 17 de janeiro de 1982, presente no movimento nacional popular e comunitário, tem como seu papel organizar as federações estaduais, uniões municipais e associações comunitárias, entidades de bairro e similares.

O Fórum Nacional de Reforma Urbana luta por cidades melhores para todos. Somos movimentos sociais, associações de classe, ONGs e instituições de pesquisa.

A Plataforma Global pelo Direito à Cidade é uma iniciativa de um conjunto de organizações que se reuniu em São Paulo no mês de novembro de 2014, com o propósito de construir um movimento internacional pelo direito à cidade.

GLOBAL LEVEL COORDINATION

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has been leading the Housing, Land and Property (HLP) Area of Responsibility (AoR) since 2016.  Globally, the membership of the HLP AoR includes UN agencies, NGOs, research and academic institutions, donors, human rights and development agencies, and representatives of other AoRs and global clusters.

The Habitat International Coalition (HIC) is the global network for rights related to habitat. Through solidarity, networking and support for social movements and organizations, HIC struggles for social justice, gender equality, and environmental sustainability, and works in the defense, promotion and realization of human rights related to housing and land in both rural and urban areas.

Housing and Land Rights Network (HLRN), based in New Delhi, India, works for the recognition, defence, promotion, and realization of the human rights to adequate housing and land, which involve gaining a safe and secure place for all individuals and communities, especially marginalized communities, to live in peace and dignity. Registered as an Indian charitable trust, HLRN is an independent organization (and not affiliated with any other organization of a similar name) and works on research, education, and advocacy related to housing and land rights.

Fundado em 1987, o Instituto Pólis é uma Organização não Governamental de atuação nacional e internacional. Atuamos na construção de cidades mais justas, sustentáveis e democráticas, por meio das seguintes áreas: Reforma Urbana (Direito à Cidade e Urbanismo), Democracia e Participação (Juventudes, Formação e Participação Cidadã), Inclusão e Sustentabilidade (Resíduos Sólidos, Desenvolvimento Local e Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional) e Cidadania Cultural (Convivência e Paz e Mídias Livres).

Land Use Policy is an international and interdisciplinary journal concerned with the social, economic, political, legal, physical and planning aspects of urban and rural land use. It provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and information from the diverse range of disciplines and interest groups which must be combined to formulate effective land use policies.

The Ministry of Development (MoD; Malay: Kementerian Pembangunan) is a ministry in the government of Brunei responsible for public works, land use, environment, public housing and national geomatics. The current Minister of Development is Suhaimi bin Gafar and has held office since 2018.

Nosso objetivo é combater a máquina de produção de miséria nos centros urbanos, formar militantes e acumular forças no sentido de construir uma nova sociedade. A ocupação de terra, trabalho de organização popular, é a principal forma de ação do movimento. Quando ocupamos um latifúndio urbano ocioso, provamos que não é natural nascer, viver e morrer pobre e oprimido. Não aceitamos a espoliação que muitos chamam de sina.
