In article is considered the existing system of documents of socio-economic planning of administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus. It is expedient to develop a package of documents of a sustainable development of primary administrative and territorial units (village councils) for improvement of this system.
Agricultural productivity in Ethiopia’s highlands, the country’s breadbasket, is threatened by severe land degradation. To mitigate ongoing soil erosion and soil nutrient loss, the government of Ethiopia initiated the Sustainable Land Management Program (SLMP).
Vihiga is one of the most densely populated counties in Kenya with a current population density of 1,045 persons per square km. The high population has exerted enormous pressure on available land resource resulting in land fragmentation and uneconomic subdivision. However the seriousness of the problem has not been systematically analyzed and documented.
This report offers specific policy and investment options articulated around two broad areas: (1) stimulating growth in agriculture and sustainable management of fisheries and (2) providing public infrastructure and services that strengthen the enabling environment.
The paper presents the problematic of the merge and exchange processes of land under the following programmes of agricultural land consolidation. By consolidating of land, there was activity for better creation of rural space in order to achieve comprehensive improvement of conditions for farming.
Based on a theoretical discussion from global perspective the paper describes present rural land administration and management structure in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a land scarce country with high-density population. As most of the people live in rural areas and depend on agriculture and allied activities, proper rural land management is crucial.
A l’occasion de l’adoption du Code forestier en 2001, le Gabon a instauré un droit au partage des bénéfices au profit des communautés locales impactées par l’exploitation forestière. Alors que la législation forestière est actuellement en cours de révision, ce document a pour objectif de formuler des recommandations pour consolider l’encadrement de ce droit et sa mise en oeuvre.

Este 5 de dezembro é o Dia Mundial do Solo. Sob o tema: "Mantenha o solo vivo, proteja a biodiversidade do solo", a Organização das Nações Unidas para Alimentação e Agricultura, FAO, destaca a importância deste recurso para sustentar ecossistemas saudáveis e o bem-estar humano.
