This Act concerns the administration of estates, the ownership of which is not clearly defined of has some legal impediments.Administration shall be carried out by public officers appointed under this Act (i.e. the Master of the High Court, the Deputy Master and Assistant Masters). The Act also concerns the administration of estates subject to customary law.
This Act makes provision for the administration of estates of deceased persons, of persons that need or are granted protection by law and all property given in trust by deceased persons.
This Act makes provision for matters of inheritance by will. It specifies the procedures and criteria for the making of a will and the effect of a valid will. A general devise of testator’s lands shall include leasehold as well as freehold lands.
This Act makes provision in relation to succession to real and personal estate on intestacy.
This Decree by the Council of Ministers makes minor amendments in Article 1 of the Decree No 2009/15173 by changing the name of the ‘Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ to the ‘Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock’. The Decree further makes changes in the annex 2, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 14, 16, 19, 20, 22, 24, 25 and 29 providing for the designated regions of agricultural lands.

This Act concerns the administration of real estate of deceased persons by personal representative of the deceased person or executor by will. The Act also makes provision for the disposal of land subject to this Act and other administration of assets.
This Act makes provision for the administration of estates of deceased persons and the distribution of intestate estates. The estates of deceased persons shall be administered by an administrator appointed by the Supreme Court.
These Regulations, made under section 109 of the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, establish priority of expenses in case the estate of a deceased person is insolvent and provides that the right of retainer of a personal representative shall apply to those debts' owing to the personal representative in his or her own right whether solely or jointly with another person.
This Act makes provision with respect to inheritance and in particular concerns the distribution and administration of estates of persons who leave a will but die intestate as to some beneficial interest in his real or personal estate. The Act sets out rules regarding rights of heirs. It also concerns statutory trusts for the purpose of inheritance.
