This Ministerial Decree, with a view of conservation of unique ecosystems and biosphere reserves, and organization of national and international recreational tourism, establishes to set up state national parks “Kara-Shoro” and “Besh-Tash” and transfer thereto forested land, shrubbery, pastures out of the stock of public land.
The scope of this Regional Law shall be to delimit plenary powers in the sphere of regulation of land relations between regional legislative and executive bodies.
Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plenary powers of the regional state executive bodies in the sphere of protected areas shall be extended to decision-making related to reservation of land with a view of constituting therein protected areas with subsequent land expropriation and restriction of economic activities”.
This Act makes provision for the management and alienation of State land, for the appointment of forest rangers and for the protection of State lands and River Reserves.State land may be alienated by grant, sale or lease. State land may be sold by the President, with the exception of River Reserves belonging to the Republic.
This Order implements the Territorial Parks Act by defining the borders of Historic Parks established in the Act.

The amendments concern the need for authorization from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Agriculture for the conversion of forest and valley land into the following: 1. making farmland, orchard, rangeland, artificial forests, forage land, livestock institutions, aquatic breeding institutions, as well as the use for mine exploting and exploration (in nothern Iran); and 2.
This Regional Decree, composed of 12 articles and one Annex, defines the legal framework for the support of the Azores Regional administration to the protection of traditional vineyard landscape in Pico island within the area candidate for being declared a world heritage area. The Annex provides the map of the aforementioned candidate area.
This Law establishes and declares the area of the state nature park with a special reserve "Kopački Rit" as a Croatian National Nature Park, with the total area of 177 km ².This Law further provides all necessary information and regulates its borders.

This Law regulates basic legal relations in the sphere of setting up Kolkhida protected areas and management thereof, including management of land areas, forested areas, waterbodies and objects of cultural heritage.
The present Agreement is the first combined land, resources and self-government Agreement in the Northwest Territories. Canada, the Government of the Northwest Territories(GNWT) and the Tlicho are Parties to the Agreement.
