These Regulations further implement in Scotland the requirements of Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources by designating the revised vulnerable zones in accordance with Article 3(4) of the Directive.
This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, made under section 22 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989, designates in the Schedule the provincial authority and the local authorities who may issue written authorization for the undertaking of activities which are identified in GN. R.
This Order lists a new protected area as defined in the second column of Schedule 1.

The Protected Places Order contains a list that describes areas that are protected for the purposes of the Protected Purposes and Places Act (Chapter 256). Areas listed may not be entered without possession of a valid permit issued by the specified authority. This Order concerns the Air Defense Systems Complex in Singapore and lists the relevant authority as Air Defense Systems Division.
This Act regulates forestry activity. It consists of 14 Chapters specifying authorized activities to be performed by public and private entities in order to protect national forests. It also establishes national administration competencies and actions to be carried out by the Government of Cape Verde for managing forestry resources.
This Act, consisting of three Parts completed by eight Schedules, provides for the transfer of certain lands, including certain state forests, to the national park estate or to aboriginal ownership. The borders of the areas transferred are indicated in the schedules attached to the Act.
This Chapter of Division 2 of the Fish and Game Code of California, known as the Wildlife Conservation Law of 1947, establishes the Wildlife Conservation Board and a single and coordinated program for the acquisition of lands and facilities suitable for recreational purposes, and adaptable for conservation, propagation, and utilization of the fish and game resources of the State.
This Order establishes the declaration of protected place. It specifies the place in the first column of the Schedule, more particularly described in the plan specified in the second column deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, is hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act.
The Governor may constitute Forest Reserves under section 4.A Notice in this respect shall be published in the Official Gazette. For each Reserve a Reserve Settlement Commissioner shall be appointed. Restrictions are placed on acquisition of rights during an interim period between publication and an Order constituting a Reserve under section 17.
