Cutting 832.3 ha of land in O Tarkok village of Kanthout commune in Svay Leu district of Siem Reap province: 341.92 ha from ELC of Serey Mony Transportation and Construction, 473,82 ha from ELC of Ly Chhoung Construction and Import Export, and 16.56 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; Reclassifying 543.9 ha as state private land for donating to 212 families; Reserving 131.1 ha for community forest and 157.3 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 270 private land parcels.
