The present Directive aims to organize all means necessary to the implementation of the Land Law, with special regard to land management and the rational use and exploitation of land resources. So legal documents must be implemented and the current situation of agricultural land investigated in order to assess if it has been properly used: land pricing and assorted levies must be thoroughly researched and implemented; administrative reforms must be carried on and mass communication on the Land Law provisions disseminated thorough the country; land use plannings shall be a priority in order to set right the demands on rational land use plans and lease or other forms of land tenure regulated with the aid of land use rights certificates;cadastral dossiers shall be prepared; complaints and violations taken care of definitely.
