Article 38 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 38 (1). The use of agricultural land for rural tourism (agro-tourism). Owners of agricultural land can place on these lands structures for the reception of tourists of the category of agrotouristic boarding house without changing the designation of the respective land. The aforesaid right can be realized if the owner of agricultural land is engaged in agricultural activities for at least five years". Article 99 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 99. Compensation of losses of agriculture and forestry. The losses of agriculture and forestry caused by withdrawal from agricultural and forestry production or allotment for temporary tenancy of agricultural and forest land for purposes not related to agriculture and forestry, as well as restriction of the rights of land owners, the deterioration of soil quality as a result of the negative impact of enterprises, institutions and organizations or their use not for their intended purpose, are reimbursed to the state budget or, as the case may be, to the budget of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit and shall be spent on restoration and development of lands or increase of their fertility. Compensation of these losses shall be performed along with compensation of claims. The specified losses are compensated in full according to the tariffs, established by the Law on the Normative Price and the Procedure for the Purchase of Land No. 1308/1997. Compensation of losses caused by withdrawal of land from categories of agricultural land and forest fund land, in all cases shall be performed by individuals and legal entities concerned regardless of the purpose of the withdrawal of land and the type of ownership thereof, with the exception of cases established by this law”.
