We want to leave a positive footprint on the world, helping to improve people’s lives and reduce inequalities on a sustainably healthy planet.

Also known as our mission, the purpose stands behind all of the company strategy – it is our reason for being, it guides everything we do. The specific words are less important than the “spirit” of the idea.

We are a consultancy and project management firm with 45 years of global experience in tackling complex facets of climate change, forestry, water resources, ecosystems and institutional governance.

We provide management and consultative services within the broad sector of environmental development. Our dynamic in-house team of thought leaders and innovative implementers are committed to affecting the best practice in the field.

  • The evaluation and selection of forest sector companies to join the export programme.
  • Matching client manufacturing facilities to potential export added value products with a focus on sawmill fallers.
  • Improving log conversion rates within client companies;
  • Market studies to identify opportunities for added value wood products from Ghanaian producers.
  • Identification of potential foreign buyers.
