Showing items 478 through 486 of 73379.This Decree of the Ministry of Environment consists of 25 sections divided into 6 Chapters: Scope and applications sphere (I); General rules (II); Activities which shall be communicated (III); Rules for all activities (IV); Supervision and control (V); Miscellaneous provisions (VI).
Provisions concern applications for permits made under sections 11 and 29 of the Pollution Act of 1981. They do not apply to applications which can be made also on the acts regulating surface waters or the Continental Shelf Act.
According to the provisions of this Ordinance, whenever any land is sold, leased or alienated by the State the Minister may cause the boundaries of such land to be defined by permanent marks. It shall be the duty of the owner or occupier of any land to keep said marks in good repair.
The newly instituted Survey and Demarcation Division shall conduct the survey and definiton of boundaries of the so called reserved Forests of Bhutan and shall widely spread information about the forest areas included under this provision, in order to ascertain eventual claims of rights on forest

Subsection (2) of section 13 is renewed. It provides for the publication of a permission to carry out development. The new section 15 concerns appeals by persons aggrieved by a permission to carry out development. Objections may be lodged with the planning authority.

This Resolution is composed of 37 articles. Terms and definitions are given in article 1. Lands shall be divided into 3 parts: public lands, private lands and endowment lands (art. 2). There shall be two systems for land registration: individual and corporate body (art. 3).
