The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Computerized Land Register Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Land Register Ordinance in its version of 26 May 1994 (BGBl. I p. 1114). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to a computerized land register in the Free State of Saxony. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Introduction of computerized Land Register (1); Setting up of a computerized Land Register (2); Call procedure (3); Substitute Land Register (4); Contract data processing (5); Entry into force (6).

El presente Decreto Legislativo autoriza al Instituto de Conservación y Desarrollo Forestal de Áreas Protegidas y Vida Silvestre (ICF), para que responsa a las solicitudes de titulación de áreas comunales e intercomunales que presenten las organizaciones indígenas y afrodescendientes reconocidas oficialmente por el Estado como representativas de las poblaciones de su misma naturaleza que habitan la zona cultural y de amortiguamiento de la Reserva del Hombre y Biosfera del Río Plátano.

This Act provides for matters relative to deeds of arrangement related to debt. The classes of instrument are: (a) an assignment of property (including land); (b) a deed of or agreement for a composition; and (c) in cases where creditors of the debtor obtain any control over his or her property or business. A deed of arrangement shall be void unless it is registered with the Registrar of Deeds of Arrangement under and in accordance with this Act. Deeds of arrangement also require assent by the majority of creditors.

Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No. 4) (England) Order 2013 (S.I. No. 2435 of 2013).

This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 with respect demolition in conservation areas, which will require planning permission. Such demolition is “relevant demolition” for the purposes of section 196D of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, is not permitted development for the purposes of the Principal Order.
